About the Role

In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely while also collaborating with our teams in our office. As a Senior Manager - Clinical Data Management, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality data management services across multiple projects and products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Functional Service Providers (FSPs), to drive success and reputed company results through effective partnership, performance management, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of Global Study Operations - Data Management (GSO-DM) activities for various therapeutic area products, projects, vendors, or services, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to staff, promoting best practices and consistency across programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive reputed company initiatives to enhance performance measures.
• Cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, FSPs, and external vendors.
• Stay abreast of industry developments in data management and apply knowledge to improve systems and processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of DM and GSO strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical data experience
• OR Master's degree and 4 years of clinical data experience
• OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of clinical data experience
• OR Associate's degree and 10 years of clinical data experience
• OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of clinical data experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in life science, computer science, business administration, or a reputed company subject area.
• 10+ years of experience in data management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 3+ years of experience in a global organization.
• Previous experience at or reputed company of reputed company clinical research vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.).
