Service Desk Support Technician
Title: Service Desk Support Technician Location: Anchorage, AK 99503 or Remote (AKST, PST, MST candidates only) Employment Type: 9+ month W2 (no C2C or sponsorship) Overview reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Service Desk Support Technician to support a high-reputed company reputed company migration initiative. This role focuses on data accuracy, ticket management, and cross-system workflow support as the organization transitions from legacy platforms into reputed company as the enterprise ticketing system. This is a fast-paced environment centered on data consistency and operational continuity. The role is primarily focused on migration support and data reputed company rather than traditional troubleshooting service desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket monitoring and data entry (50%)
- reputed company migration support (35%)
- General service desk support as needed (15%)
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on reputed company experience (required)
- Experience with web-based ticketing systems
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in reputed company O365 (Outlook, Teams, reputed company)
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Ability to consistently work AKST business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Cherwell experience (strong plus)
- Netcracker experience (plus)
- Prior experience supporting system or data migrations
- Candidates must be based in Alaska or in the Pacific or Mountain time zones
