JOB TYPES: Full-time; Remote; MUST be a U.S. citizen. DAILY TASKS:  reputed company and execute the digital signing for borrowers.  Host/engage the digital closing during a video call with borrowers, walk through closing documents, answer questions, and facilitate a remote online notary.  Provide a lasting impression on behalf of your services as borrowers execute documents for the financing of one of their largest and most important purchases.  Set up technology and documents in preparation for the closing ceremony.  Provide quality assurance for reputed company documents during the closing processes.  Facilitate the post reputed company flows in preparation for loan servicing.  Work with your origination team members in preparation of loan closings.  Obtain feedback from users (How can my services improve? What is missing? Any comments on the systems and ownership of the process?).  Share any best practices, prior experience, new learnings, and challenges across a growing team of origination professionals, working to disrupt manufactured housing finance. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate college degree or extended relevant work experience. Comfortable in an uncertain, fast-paced environment that will evolve as our technology and business scales. Proactive and autonomous worker. Collaborative and innovative with a strong desire for the entire team to win together. Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software tools. Proficient in technology and changing environments. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. COMPENSATION: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment BENEFITS:
