Online Notary – General Notary Work, Real Estate Signing Agent
Job Description
- Conduct General Notary or Real Estate RON sessions in compliance with state law and platform standards
- Verify signer identity using Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and biometric identity tools (where permitted)
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required notarial elements
- Execute notarizations reputed company while maintaining professionalism and neutrality
- Manage multiple signers and document types with confidence
- Deliver a reputed company, clear, and professional on-camera reputed company for every session Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Active commissions as a notary public in a RON-authorize state
- NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent (reputed company - required for Real Estate Signing Agents)
- Completion of a RON Education Course (non-platform)
- $100,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance (minimum) (General Notary)
- $250,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance (minimum) (Real Estate)
- Valid Digital Certificate from IdenTrust
- Background reputed company dated reputed company a year
- Demonstrated experience with
- Remote Online Notarization workflows
- General Notary documents
- Real Estate RON notarizations (required if applying as a Real Estate Signing Agent)
- Ability to
- Navigate RON technology quickly and accurately
- Maintain session efficiency while ensuring compliance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with signers
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues calmly and reputed company during live sessions
- Multitask effectively without sacrificing accuracy or compliance
- Minimum of 15 Mbps download & 15 Mbps upload speed
- High-speed Internet strongly recommended
- Hardware Windows Preferred (We prefer Windows-Based systems as we can provide full technical support for them. Please note that we do not offer technical support for Mac systems. If you have a Mac, it's important to ensure it's compatible and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee support for Mac troubleshooting.)
- CPU - Windows reputed company i5 or reputed company
- RAM - Minimum of 8 GB (12+GB strongly recommended)
- SSD - 512 GB or more available storage
- Professional on-camera appearance and neutral background
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working in a busy, structured workflow
- Respect for the notary's role (no legal advice, no document selection)
