About the Role: Customer Service Specialist – Administrative Analyst (Non‑Exempt)

This full‑time, non‑exempt position reports to the Associate Director of Student Business Services and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You will collaborate closely with Financial Aid, Admissions, the Registrar, Accounts Payable, and other student service units to ensure seamless financial interactions across the reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Student‑Facing Service Delivery
