Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily trucking operations, ensuring optimal reputed company planning and load optimization. Supervise and provide guidance to a team of truck drivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety regulations (DOT, HOS). Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments, manage reputed company, and generate reports. Qualifications
