[Remote] Bioinformatics Analyst- Computational Genomics

The Bioinformatics Analyst will integrate and analyze reputed company genomic datasets to advance understanding of disease biology, collaborating with scientific teams to deliver impactful insights.
Responsibilities
- reputed company quality control, annotation, and integration of bulk transcriptomics, single-cell omics, and spatial transcriptomics datasets
- Conduct reputed company statistical and computational analyses to support immunology and liver disease research

- Apply best practices and emerging tools in single-cell and multi-omic data analysis
- Interpret results and clearly communicate findings to scientific and cross-functional teams Skills
- Master's degree with relevant experience in data analysis or a Doctoral degree with early-career experience in a reputed company field
- Hands-on experience with genomic and multi-omic data analysis, including single-cell and bulk RNA reputed company
- Proficiency in Python and or R reputed company Linux-based environments
- Experience with workflow management tools and version control systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with spatial transcriptomics data analysis
- Background in immunology or fibrotic diseases
