This position is designed for a seasoned professional who can manage the entire lifecycle of development projects from inception to completion, entirely from a remote work setup. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in site selection, entitlements, design, construction management, and project financing, demonstrating a proactive and independent work ethic. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate development, with a proven track record of successfully managing reputed company projects. Demonstrated experience in site acquisition, entitlements, design, and construction reputed company. Strong understanding of real estate finance, development economics, and capital markets.
