About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to reputed company engaging training solutions for our customers and internal sales teams. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and determine the skills and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to gather information, review content, and propose effective instructional design techniques
