Remote Senior Instructional Designer - E-Learning Specialist

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of course development, from needs analysis and curriculum design to content creation, multimedia integration, and final evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, mastery of authoring tools, and a proven ability to translate reputed company subject matter into accessible and interactive learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and reputed company engaging online courses for diverse audiences, incorporating best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory. Create compelling learning content, including scripts, storyboards, interactive exercises, assessments, and multimedia elements. Utilize industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS). Expert proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company Captivate). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and deployment. Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum development, and assessment design.
