Why This Role Matters At arenaflex, the Remote Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Specialist is the first line of digital contact for every prescription that flows through our system. Key Responsibilities

  • Electronic Record Keeping: Utilize industry‑standard software such as PioneerRx and Pharmetika to maintain compliant, searchable, and audit‑ready electronic records.
  • Prescriber Communication: Proactively contact prescribers to clarify dosage, refill instructions, or missing information, ensuring every order meets clinical and regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years verified experience as a pharmacy technician in a bustling retail or mail‑order environment.
