Registered Nurse (RN) - 1099/Remote - Weekends Only

Please click here to apply! You Health Medical Groups is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team as a part-time Care Coach. This role will facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive a world-class patient experience through the reputed company telehealth platform. This is a 1099 reputed company position designed for candidates who reputed company in self-directed, flexible work environments. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized health coaching tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences and circumstances, ensuring a world-class patient experience.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to address patients' questions and concerns.
• Consistent utilization of protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency in care delivery.
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for patients using our telehealth services, providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between patients, healthcare providers, and members of the reputed company support team to help patients get the answers they need.
• Document patient care and guidance in the patients’ EMR in accordance with medical standards.
• Conduct ongoing patient care duties, special projects as needed, and additional duties as assigned by their manager and/or clinical leadership.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Diploma in nursing or reputed company field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Desire to only work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and effectively convey information.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience/direct patient care.
• At least one year of telehealth experience is strongly preferred.
• Thrives reputed company working independently.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication technology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient advocacy, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.).
• Direct patient care experience with Mental Health and/or Weight Management patients is preferred.
