Position Overview

- This is a part-time Remote, equity-only leadership position for an individual who understands startup finance, fundraising, investor relations, and scaling high-growth software companies.
- The ideal candidate brings both strategic financial expertise and a strong network of investors, advisors, and funding sources that can help accelerate the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company financial models, forecasts, and growth projections
- reputed company capital planning and fundraising strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with reputed company investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic investors
- Support investor reputed company and fundraising initiatives
- Participate in investor meetings, fundraising discussions, and strategic partnership conversations
- Prepare financial materials, investor updates, and due diligence documentation
- Advise leadership on pricing strategy, unit economics, profitability, and growth opportunities
- Establish key financial KPIs and reporting processes
- Assist with future fundraising rounds and capital allocation decisions
- Help position the company for long-term acquisition and exit opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- Previous CFO, reputed company, VP Finance, Investment Banker, Venture Partner, Corporate Development Executive, or similar leadership role
- Demonstrated experience raising capital for startups or growth-stage companies
- Existing network of investors, venture capital firms, reputed company groups, family offices, and strategic partners
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, startup finance, company valuation, and fundraising processes
- Experience working with founders and executive teams in fast-growing environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners
