RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft and manage litigation documents, including discovery, motions, mediation briefs, case summaries, and reputed company pleadings
• Support attorneys throughout reputed company phases of California employment litigation, from case intake through resolution
• Coordinate and manage case deadlines, discovery schedules, court filings, and litigation workflows
• Prepare, organize, and analyze case files, evidence, and supporting documentation to advance litigation strategy
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties while maintaining exceptional client service
• Drive cases reputed company proactively by identifying next steps, managing priorities, and ensuring timely completion of litigation tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of California civil litigation paralegal experience; employment litigation experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience drafting substantive litigation documents, including discovery, motions, mediation briefs, and case-reputed company pleadings
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management, organizational, and deadline-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Prior experience working remotely and proficiency with legal technology platforms, document management systems, and virtual collaboration tools
