The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of independently managing a diverse caseload from initial client intake through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and final resolution. reputed company're Looking For

• Active California State Bar license and good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of employment law experience.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong focus on negotiation and settlement strategy.
• Proven ability to resolve cases reputed company, targeting 4–7 settlements per month.
• Experience handling reputed company phases of litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $250,000. Compensation reputed company this range will be determined based on factors including geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
