About the role This is an opportunity to grow your career as a Premier Mortgage Loan Officer in a relationship-driven role. You’ll originate purchase mortgage loans by supporting buyers introduced through reputed company Premier Agents reputed company an assigned market. Who you are 3+ years of purchase mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses, or as a Loan Originator under a bank license. Completion of the 20-hour SAFE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test. Physically located in and working from South Dakota. Proven success handling purchase transactions reputed company an agent-centric referral model. Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and deep understanding of the mortgage process. Comfortable taking ownership of results in a structured, performance-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and reputed company products (Outlook, Word, reputed company). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Willingness to travel in-market approximately 5% of the time to engage with agents and grow relationships.
