Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage with employees to boost morale and productivity, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Proactively identify and address Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing escalation.
• Handle grievances and complaints in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage HRIS, payroll, and other HR-reputed company systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Recruitment and ERC teams to ensure seamless hiring processes and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure statutory compliances, including labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage contractors and agency staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process and audit contractor services and invoices at the regional level, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• reputed company basic supplies, including uniform, pantry, lockers, etc., and ensure timely procurement and maintenance.
• Organize engagement activities, such as birthday celebrations, monthly learning activities, reward and recognition programs, and other events to enhance the associate experience.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

• A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a large warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing company.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• High presentation, reporting, and team player skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports and presentations.
• Demonstrated intense customer focus, with a strong commitment to delivering results with high standards.
