• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and qualifications
• Prepare and coach candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage interview coordination and communication between clients and candidates
• Negotiate and reputed company offers, including compensation discussions and counteroffers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and referrals
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative experience to both clients and candidates
• Are passionate, competitive and want to succeed

Who This Role Is For

• You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in Finance, Tech Sales, or HR
• You have a track record of placements and reputed company reputed company
• You are a self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction or reqs to come in
• You are comfortable sourcing, cold reputed company, and building relationships from scratch
