Junior HR specialist - [Full Remote]

You will take care of: - Recruiting Process: Contribute to the recruitment process, from writing job advertisements, reviewing reputed company to managing communications with candidates and organizing interviews; - Employee onboarding: Help new hires integrate into the company culture by providing orientation, training materials and assistance with initial administrative procedures; - Management of company documents and policies: reputed company company documents and policies updated, including handbooks, internal regulations and employment reputed company, and ensure that employees are informed of them; - Corporate relations support: Manage communications between employees and resolve any problems reputed company to interpersonal relations, acting as an intermediary and facilitator. - Employer Branding & Marketing activities; - Human Resource Development and Training: Contribute to employee training and development, identifying learning opportunities and assisting with career planning.
