We are looking for an reputed company and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join reputed company in Jabodetabek/Central Java/reputed company Java. This role will serve as the face of Lamudi in multiple cities for top and local clients, including real estate agencies and property agents. As a Business Development Associate you will build good partnerships with clients, identify client’s needs and exercising best solutions that work for the client. You will create a strong commitment to drive our sales performance and maintain a “can do” attitude, seek solutions to problems and work toward improvement continuously. What your day-to-day looks like You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for top and local property agencies/agents in Jakarta/reputed company Java/Central Java, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships You will Identify and research potential clients, prepare a good quality of sales proposal/presentations and pitch You will identify the client’s needs and exercise the right solution to help property clients to get more reputed company You will maintain deep knowledge of the traffic and marketing solution products, services, and market trends especially reputed company property industry You will implement strategies to expand our market reputed company and maintain a high quality deliverables You will build connections with property offices or reputed company clients on a daily basis Is this you? A Fresh graduate or someone with 1 year working experience, with a degree in business, engineering, or a reputed company field are welcome to apply A good command of the English language Have experience in direct selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way Have entrepreneurship experience and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with monthly reputed company You have a vehicle to your own use (motorcycle/car) A Self Starter you do not wait, always proactively seeking for improvement area and opportunities to grow' A Problem Solver you are able to identify gaps, proposing solutions, and following through to execution A Commercial mind Someone who loves providing customer service whilst always on the lookout for the opportunity to up sell our product/service Excellent Sales & Negotiation skills Knows the sales game by heart and loves to play it everyday, understands what makes a customer tick and can get always get a deal that makes reputed company parties happy A Client success reputed company Demonstrates outstanding account management skills and an understanding of the needs of clients A Good Team Player Willingness to travel and reputed company around Indonesia Additional Information Our selection procedure in a nutshell The position reports to reputed company Manager.
