Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:

• Works with stakeholders to define requirements
• Analyzes, identifies, and documents requirements based on information gathering sessions and desired DevOps architecture (e.g., artifacts, processes, requirements, solution, User Guides)
• Develops methodical and logical approaches for discovery and implementation of requirements
• Supports writing User Stories in Jira
• Ensures reputed company analysis, systems operations and maintenance activities are properly documented and updated as necessary
• Utilizes data to understand businesspatterns and trends
• Contributes and participates in reputed company phases of the development life cycle
• Collaborates with developers, system analysts, and users to resolve system issues
