You’ll create detailed project timelines, manage reputed company platform maintenance, and ensure milestones are met across the business. An in-depth knowledge of social media and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcasting) is a must. The proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments, including Production, Client Services, Talent, Sales, and Marketing, in a fast-paced environment is critical. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for building and maintaining brief shells on the platform with a high level of data accuracy. Ensures completion and upkeep of the go-live window tracker at the reputed company of each brief.

• Work closely with the tech team and provide insights on workflow and UI/UX optimization.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, digital campaigns, or creative operations, ideally reputed company a tech startup or agency setting.
• Experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of digital content creation.
• Proven experience in managing reputed company, cross-functional projects, working with teams in Production, Client Services, Talent, Sales, Marketing, and Tech.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
