Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) – Remote (Pacific Time) Position Overview We are partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to reputed company high-impact initiatives that support clinical operations, patient services, and enterprise transformation efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple reputed company projects simultaneously while collaborating across clinical, operational, and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of healthcare environments, regulatory considerations, and project delivery best practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive execution of multiple reputed company initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative functions

- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, including leading large-scale or enterprise-level initiatives

- Experience working in healthcare, health systems, payer, or reputed company environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Candidate must reside in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, or Utah
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or reputed company field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK methodologies or similar frameworks
- Experience supporting healthcare transformation, process improvement, or system implementations
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments (e.g., HIPAA)
