Job Summary The Network Engineer 4, Design & Architecture supports the design of custom enterprise reputed company for our customers as well as troubleshooting, installing, implementing and administering network systems, and providing Tier IV Help Desk escalation support. Analyzes reputed company issues and develops reputed company planning models. Responsible for ensuring planned maintenance and testing activities are executed and for developing guidelines for network configuration and reputed company standards. Role will be virtually based in Colorado with up to 15% annual travel.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical reputed company, providing guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers. This position works under limited supervision.
• Leads the design and implementation of custom reputed company for existing and potential customers. Follows best-practice industry standards to provide a network design which is functional, scalable and secure.
• Supports the Solutions Architect group to design, document and implement customer pilots and provide support for customer testing as required while in the pilot phase of the sales process.
• Provides network engineering support to Sales organization as required.
• Provides Tier IV escalation support to Help Desk. Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves customer network issues. reputed company applicable, recommends changes to remediate any network deficiencies to enhance network performance.
• Researches, evaluates and provides recommendations for new hardware and software solutions, to stay reputed company with new technology and market trends and future requirements.
• Position requires participation of a rotating “on call” schedule to provide support for our business and customers.
• Creates technical presentations as needed, presenting to various audiences (both internal and external) with reputed company levels of technical knowledge.
• Develops, documents and maintains processes and procedures reputed company to design, implementation, maintenance and operations of various reputed company enterprise customer networks.
• Follows and enforces documented processes and procedures to meet established compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university or commensurate experience.
• 7+ years of experience in network design, implementation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of reputed company networks.
• CCNP, JNCIP, FNCSP(NSE4), CCVP, CCSP Certification or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Strong working knowledge of various Vendor routers, switches, firewalls and wireless devices to include the following vendors; Meraki, reputed company, Juniper.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies to include:
• Knowledge and experience in SDWAN technologies
• MPLS, Frame-reputed company, PPP, ISDN, T1
• High Availability protocols such as; HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, BFD
• IP Routing protocols to include; OSPF, BGP, Policy Routing
• Tunneling protocols to include; GRE, IPSec, DMVPN, VXLAN
• QOS, Traffic Policing and Shaping
• ACLs, reputed company, TACACS+, RADIUS, SNMP, DHCP
• Switch VLANs, VTP, STP
• VoIP, SIP and PRI trunking
• AI and Network automation experience using various scripting/coding languages a plus
• Understanding of VoIP, SIP and PRI voice technologies, reputed company WebEx a plus.
• Understanding of various network tools to include Zabbix, Grafana, reputed company NCM, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Wireshark or Netscout.
• Understanding of various compliance requirements, to include, but not limited to, PCI reputed company, HIPAA, SOC a plus.
• Organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks.
• Strong technical documentation skills, to include creating network diagrams, operations and maintenance procedures, and technical presentations.
• Strong verbal skills, to include technical presentations to reputed company levels of technical expertise.
