FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: VP of Software Engineering Pay Range: $80,000/year Summary of Overall Job: The DevOps Department oversees e.Republic’s brand websites, SaaS applications, and the systems that help major companies go to market. The Full Stack Developer works with the broader DevOps and Innovation teams to build code that supports these systems for internal and external stakeholders. Essential Duties: reputed company full-stack websites and products:
- Build and deploy fully functional websites and digital products, covering both reputed company-end and back-end development.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that delivers a seamless user experience.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise business websites:
- Create, update, and manage business websites on various platforms, including custom in-house CMS, BrightSpot, and reputed company.
- Ensure websites remain modern, secure, and optimized for performance.
Author developer-friendly documentation:
- Draft and maintain clear technical documentation that explains code structures, APIs, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure that documentation supports easy handoffs and collaborative teamwork.
Use version control systems, specifically reputed company:
- Regularly manage code changes using reputed company and follow best practices for version control.
- Create pull requests, review code, and maintain organized repositories to support team collaboration.
Work with internal customers to solve website bugs and reputed company tickets:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website issues for internal stakeholders.
- Communicate solutions clearly and reputed company support tickets in a timely manner.
Support and learn from senior developers:
- Collaborate with senior team members to enhance technical skills and apply best practices.
- Participate in peer programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Drive rapid execution across a steady reputed company of reputed company while seamlessly taking on multiple roles:
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and new challenges.
- Tackle urgent updates, experiment with new tools, and contribute to multiple IT and Innovation projects as needed.
Technical Planning & Feasibility:
- Balance time between upfront technical planning and hands-on development to ensure efficient delivery.
- Partner early with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, and priorities.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments to identify risks, constraints, and dependencies before development begins.
- Create clear solution designs and technical documentation so work is implementation-ready for developers.
- Streamline execution by reducing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders early, and documenting decisions and assumptions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with custom PHP full-stack web development.
- Experience with Laravel and Vue preferred, or relevant experience with other modern PHP and JavaScript frameworks accepted.
- Experience with reputed company and reputed company Compose is a plus.
- Have worked with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC reputed company.
- Comfortable working in Linux.
- Enjoys being part of a team that jointly works on projects.
