Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Job Role SSI's Customer Service Representatives/Dispatcher will be handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department as well as other daily duties which include, maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technician based reputed company, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of the reputed company team. Positions Schedule: Wednesday: In the Chantilly office reputed company-5PM (one hour lunch break) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break)
Qualifications
