We are currently hiring for a long-term Remote Receptionist position. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, de-escalating complaints, and completing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a performance-based role where reputed company calls are recorded and regularly audited for quality assurance.
