Position Summary

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter at arenaflex is responsible for delivering best-in-class service to every guest while actively promoting the benefits of CLUB membership. You will serve as the reputed company product and program expert, executing account servicing, new member acquisition, activation processes, and CLUB sales activities. Beyond transactional work, you will act as a brand ambassador and peer coach, helping to shape a culture of service excellence throughout the store.
