Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy reputed company Operations Specialist to join their Global TA Ops team. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment processes and systems, collaborating with various HR teams, and executing projects that enhance the candidate and recruiter experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and implement process improvements to increase hiring velocity and quality
• Act as a functional administrator for our CRM (Phenom) and/or ATS (reputed company), ensuring data reputed company, optimized workflows, and the rollout of new features
• Partner with HRIS, Compensation, and other HR Centers Of Excellence to align recruiting initiatives with broader organizational goals and ensure stakeholder buy-in
• reputed company TA-specific projects from conception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed
• Support the execution of recruitment marketing initiatives and 'go-to-market' strategies for new hiring campaigns or employer branding efforts
• Create training materials and documentation to help recruiters and hiring managers adopt new tools and processes
• Monitor system health and user adoption across Phenom and reputed company
• Work with TA leadership to report out on the success of operational changes through key performance indicators (KPIs)

Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting role or a recruiting support function (e.g., Recruiting Coordinator, TA Assistant)
• Hands-on experience with TA-focused CRM tools (e.g., Phenom, Beamery) and enterprise-level ATS platforms (e.g., reputed company, Taleo, reputed company Success Factors etc)
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including TA Directors, HRIS teams, and Compensation leads
• Highly organized with ability to reputed company track of the details without losing the ‘why' behind the ‘what'
• Capable of managing the simultaneous projects effectively
• A natural curiosity for how things work and a desire to 'fix' broken processes
• The ability to translate a recruiter's 'pain reputed company' into a technical or process-based solution
• Demonstrated comfort and foundational understanding of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, reputed company, AppScripts, Co-Pilot, Claude) and the critical thinking skills required to evaluate AI-generated input and responsibly inform decision-making
• Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or workflow optimization tools is beneficial
• Experience in recruitment marketing, social media campaigns, or executing employer value proposition (EVP) strategies
• Experience with content creation and/or campaign rollouts
