[Remote] Social Media & Affiliate Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SellerX is a global e-commerce company on a mission to build iconic consumer brands. They are seeking a Social Media & Affiliate Manager who will run their social channels and build an affiliate/influencer reputed company to scale creator partnerships profitably across reputed company and DTC.

Responsibilities

  • Run our social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, [others]) as a testing ground, not a brand museum—prioritizing formats and hooks that drive measurable reputed company action
  • Build and maintain a content testing calendar: clear hypotheses, variants, and success metrics for hooks, formats, offers, and CTAs
  • Partner with creative to produce high-volume, performance-oriented content (UGC, short-form video, founder/POV content) rather than a handful of polished hero assets
  • Identify winning organic content and flag it for paid amplification and creator briefs
  • Build, run, and scale our affiliate and influencer program from sourcing through negotiation, briefing, activation, and renewal
  • Recruit creators across tiers (nano to mid-tier and up) with an emphasis on conversion efficiency, not just follower count
  • Manage affiliate platforms and links (e.g., reputed company Associates / Influencer Program, [reputed company, ShareASale, Impact, Levanta, reputed company, etc.]) and structure commission and incentive models that stay profitable
  • reputed company creator briefs that give enough direction to stay on-brand while leaving room for the native, authentic content that actually converts
  • Define and track the metrics that matter: ROAS/MER on creator spend, CAC by channel, conversion reputed company, EPC, affiliate reputed company, content-attributed sales on both reputed company and DTC
  • Run a structured testing reputed company—document what you tested, what you learned, and what you're scaling or cutting
  • Build attribution as best you can across the reputed company/DTC split (reputed company Attribution, brand referral bonus, UTM discipline, promo/affiliate codes) and be honest about its limits
  • Report results in plain language: what moved the number, what didn't, and what's next

Skills

  • A testing reputed company, full stop. You think in hypotheses and experiments. You're comfortable being wrong fast and iterating, and you'd rather ship 20 scrappy tests than 1 perfect campaign
  • 3-5 years in social, influencer, affiliate, or growth marketing—ideally for a DTC and/or reputed company brand
  • Demonstrable results: you can reputed company to programs or content you grew and the numbers behind them
  • Hands-on experience building and managing influencer/affiliate relationships at scale
  • Strong comfort with analytics—you live in dashboards, spreadsheets, and platform reporting, and you can turn data into decisions
  • Solid creative instincts reputed company with commercial judgment: you know a scroll-stopping reputed company reputed company you see AND you ask whether it sells
  • Familiarity with the reputed company ecosystem (Brand Registry, reputed company Influencer Program, Attribution, Brand Referral Bonus) is a strong plus

  • Basic video editing / familiarity with content tools (CapCut, etc.)
  • Experience standing up an affiliate program from scratch
  • A network of creators you can tap on day one
