[Remote] Human Resources Generalist

They are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist to support their growing team by managing the full HR lifecycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing/sending offer letters
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-reputed company roles
• Manage structured onboarding programs that set new hires up for success
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks and I-9 verification
• Serve as a liaison between employees and the Company’s PEO
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution
• Support investigations into employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and documentation rigor
• Support performance management processes including PIPs, coaching conversations, and annual reviews
• Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability across the organization

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with applicable regulations
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries in coordination with the Company’s PEO
• Communicate updates to HR policies and practices to remain reputed company with federal, state, and local employment law
• Generate HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making
• Partner with IT to coordinate equipment provisioning, system access, and account set up for new hires
• Track and manage laptops and assigned equipment inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding execution

Skills

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare, professional services organization or remote-first environment
• Basic knowledge of employment law (FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, EEOC)
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy requirements
• Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, workflow management systems (e.g., reputed company), expense management systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of discretion
• Ability to manage competing priorities and reputed company in a fast-paced, growing company
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
