[Remote] Program Manager

The role involves operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring program objectives and performance metrics are met to support employment outcomes for service members and veterans.
Responsibilities
- Provide full operational reputed company of program execution, staffing, and service delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison and advisor to government leadership, including the State Family Program Director
- Manage program performance, ensuring compliance with reputed company reporting, reputed company, and placement requirements

- Build and maintain partnerships with employers, military units, and community organizations

Skills
- Strong program and operations management experience
