[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR) – Enterprise (Must be USA based)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Omnisient is a company focused on collaborative consumer intelligence, seeking a high-caliber Enterprise BDR based in the USA. The role involves intelligent, research-driven reputed company to reputed company organizations, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and creating a qualified pipeline for the enterprise sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage reputed company enterprise accounts using a multi-channel approach (reputed company, email, events, selective calling)
- Map reputed company organizations and identify key decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees
- Design, execute, and optimize cold reputed company email campaigns targeting enterprise stakeholders
- Tailor messaging based on industry, role, and business challenge – no generic scripts
- Build and manage structured multi-touch email cadences reputed company to specific accounts, industries, and personas
- Personalize messaging based on research, role, and business context avoiding generic or templated reputed company
- Monitor inbox engagement and respond quickly and professionally to inbound replies from outbound campaigns
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks (e.g. BANT or similar)
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in the CRM and ensure clean handovers to Sales
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with Marketing
- reputed company account plans for reputed company prospects and coordinate reputed company sequences
- Help build long-term relationships, not just one-off meetings
- Stay reputed company on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points
- Feed insights from prospects back into Sales and Marketing
- Act as a strong first impression and brand ambassador for the company
Skills
- 2–5 years' experience as a BDR / SDR selling B2B technology
- Proven experience engaging enterprise or upper-mid-market customers
- Comfortable selling into long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working closely with Account Executives and senior sales leaders
- Proven experience running cold outbound email campaigns into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Comfortable interpreting engagement data and using it to prioritize reputed company
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can sound reputed company to senior executives
- Excellent research and discovery skills
- Ability to reputed company reputed company, technical value propositions in simple business terms
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
- Confident, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup
- Experience with CRM platforms such as reputed company or reputed company
