[Remote] National Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Strategic Account Director responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients. The role involves managing strategic accounts, driving reputed company growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the account lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of named strategic accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership growth

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and escalation for strategic clients
- Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer business models, challenges, and industry trends

- Identify expansion opportunities including upsell, cross-sell, and renewals

- Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery, onboarding, and ongoing account support

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or reputed company
- Proven experience managing large, reputed company, or enterprise-level accounts
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (reputed company or similar)
- Experience in [industry: manufacturing, SaaS, logistics, healthcare, etc.]
- Working knowledge in test & measurement solutions and applications
