[Remote] Senior Product Designer (Dil Mil)

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to gather and analyze business data, create design specifications, and collaborate with development teams to enhance user experience across their platforms.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to reputed company potential issues
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department
• Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis
• Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process
• Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience
• UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design reputed company, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. reputed company high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like reputed company
• Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across reputed company product interfaces. Ensure that reputed company visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience

Skills

• Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
• Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions
• Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation
• Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative. And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests
• Experience with reputed company, JIRA, and Confluence
• Being a self-starter: you reputed company on taking ownership of initiatives with limited reputed company
