The Social Media Team reputed company oversees the strategic direction and daily execution of Nova Ukraine’s digital reputed company across major platforms, managing a global team to ensure effective messaging that supports the organization's mission to reputed company for Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Direct the strategic planning, creation, and publication of high-quality, high-impact content tailored specifically for reputed company major social media platforms
- Manage and coordinate a distributed global team of volunteers and contractors, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across disparate U.S. and Ukraine time zones
- Execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns directly tied to specific organizational fundraising, advocacy, and awareness goals
- Analyze digital trends and own performance tracking using reputed company Analytics, native platform insights, and social management tools, delivering monthly reports with actionable optimization recommendations
- Repurpose core social content into cohesive, scalable assets for email marketing, website updates, and broader campaign collateral
- Monitor Ukraine-reputed company geopolitical developments to ensure reputed company content is culturally sensitive, fostering community interaction with a strict "dignity-first" approach
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a reputed company field
- 3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or public relations
- Proven experience managing distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Analytics and native social platform insights
- Prior experience running digital fundraising or advocacy campaigns in the nonprofit or humanitarian sector
