[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Games

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Games) to define and scale the reputed company Games portfolio, driving growth, engagement, and the evolution of their games offerings.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the reputed company Games portfolio, reputed company with broader company goals
- reputed company the development and launch of first-party games, third-party integrations, and supporting platform features
- Partner with Game Design, Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and Production to deliver high-quality, engaging game experiences
- Drive user experience research (UXR) efforts, leveraging player data, playtests, and market insights to inform product decisions
- Continuously analyze game performance and player behavior to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization
- Architect AI-augmented dashboards and reporting structures to track KPIs and generate actionable insights
- Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing user impact, business goals, and technical constraints

- Collaborate with external partners and developers to reputed company, evaluate, and integrate third-party content

Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on consumer-facing products
- Experience building or managing casual games on web or mobile platforms
- Proven track record of leading products from concept to launch and iteration
- Deep understanding of game systems, player behavior, and engagement/retention mechanics
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and prioritize work
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization
- Experience managing external partners or third-party integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., for analysis, prototyping, content reputed company, or development workflows) and a willingness to incorporate AI into product thinking and execution
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
