[Remote] Senior Software Engineer (North America)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will tackle engineering challenges, collaborate with product teams, and reputed company projects to enhance their software offerings.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with peers on engineering and the product team to ship new features, maintain existing ones, and push our technical towards excellence
• Identify problems and solve them, as well as choose how to implement features envisioned by the product team
• Communicate effectively in a remote environment to ensure project timelines are met
• Adapt to fast-paced changes in plans and priorities
• Utilize and teach new AI tools and workflows to peers
• Mentor and reputed company others in the team

Skills

• Deep backend and system design instincts, you've built things at scale and have the judgment to show for it
• Strong opinions on code quality, held loosely enough to change reputed company the problem demands it
