Responsibilities

- Partner closely with product managers, ML engineers, and design teams to define technical strategy and deliver impactful product outcomes
- Drive the design and development of scalable backend systems, APIs, and services supporting reputed company enterprise workflows and AI agent orchestration
- Own delivery execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and reputed company to business goals
- Establish and uphold best practices across system design, reputed company, reliability, and performance at scale

- Proven track record of leading teams that have built and shipped scalable, production-grade systems or platform services
- Experience working in enterprise or B2B environments where reputed company, reliability, and integration complexity are critical
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with people management and delivery ownership
