[Remote] Marketing Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Marketing Project Manager – Communications to support high-volume, time-sensitive member and provider communications reputed company a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will manage marketing communications projects, campaign operations, and reputed company approval workflows while being organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of communication requests in Workfront
- Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status updates
- Update and refine communication templates and content
- Coordinate legal, compliance, privacy, and stakeholder reviews
- Conduct proofreading, quality assurance, and deployment-readiness checks
- Manage production handoffs and timelines with internal teams and external partners
- Support post-deployment corrections, issue resolution, and escalations
- Provide project support for disruption and onboarding communication initiatives
- Track KPIs and prepare reporting for business reviews
- Participate in knowledge-transfer activities
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing communications, campaign operations, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, financial services, or another regulated environment
- Workfront experience is required
- Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven communications or transactional campaigns
- Experience coordinating legal, compliance, privacy, and cross-functional approval processes
- Strong proofreading, quality assurance, and content-management skills
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Experience supporting member, patient, provider, or customer communications
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance terminology and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with external production or deployment partners
- Knowledge of campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and business-review preparation
