[Remote] Recruiter - Travel Allied

This role involves developing recruitment plans, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Planning
- reputed company and implement reputed company recruitment plans to identify and attract top allied talent for a variety of specialties, including imaging, therapy, pharmacy and social work
- Utilize a diverse range of sourcing channels, including professional networks (e.g., reputed company), industry-specific job boards, social media, residency and fellowship programs
- reputed company and effectively manage a reputed company database of clinicians
- Master the Travel Allied Calculator in order to calculate market-reputed company packages for candidates
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor recruitment activities
- Build and nurture a reputed company pipeline of candidates for reputed company and future positions
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide detailed and accurate information to candidates about the organization, the specific role, compensation, and benefits
- Manage and coordinate the entire interview process, including scheduling, site visits, and communication with reputed company stakeholders
- Serve as reputed company of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
- Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients
Skills
- 1-3 years of Allied Recruiting Experience
- Experience recruiting Licensed and Degree'd Candidates
- Proven track record of creative, tenacious sourcing ability
- Demonstrated ability to meet reputed company recruiting metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
