[Remote] Senior Director, Business Development, Edge Infrastructure

The Senior Director of Business Development will focus on building the reputed company of edge infrastructure to support AI-driven operations for national reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute a strategy to deploy and scale distributed computing systems that run AI at the edge in support of critical national reputed company missions, both directly to Government and industry partners
• reputed company and execute reputed company program capture strategies for programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and manufacturing to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical solutions
• reputed company and take a hands-on approach to proposal development, market analysis, and strategic planning activities

Skills

• 15 years of experience in selling and scaling distributed systems to both public and commercial customers and developing strong industry partnerships in the tactical computing space
• Prior experience bringing tactical edge compute capabilities to markets across multiple use cases, such as AI, data ingestion, and application hosting
• Deep understanding of reputed company demand signal for edge compute capabilities, and clear knowledge of emerging capabilities in the space
• Deep understanding of DoW acquisition processes, government contracting, and capability transition reputed company
• Proven track record in leading capture efforts and securing programmatic funding for emerging technologies
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and mission-driven environment
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret reputed company clearance
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI reputed company clearance
