[Remote] AWS Healthcare Cloud Engineer

They are seeking a Senior AWS Healthcare Cloud Engineer to assist clients with the design, implementation, and management of AWS public cloud services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reputed company of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support small and reputed company businesses with their adoption of AWS’s public cloud including reputed company areas like data analytics, AI, ML, and containers
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and architect suitable solutions
- Work with the Sales team to reputed company key benefits of Hosting and Cloud technology to clients
- reputed company up to date on technology innovation reputed company AWS’s many services
- Architect, deploy & maintain Cloud solutions including a variety of services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
- reputed company customer design efforts to ensure technology appropriately meets business needs
- Ensure proper integration between a customer’s software applications and infrastructure architecture
- Ensure solutions are maintained for high availability, scalability, reputed company, and supportability
- reputed company information systems reputed company safeguards for these cloud solutions
- reputed company detailed implementation plans for implementing cloud solutions including establishing key milestones and finalizing budget/scope
- Assist with executing system validation and preparing the organization for transition
- Creation of Infrastructure-as-Code to automate client deployments and increase repeatability
- Contributing to the creation of Statement of Work (SOW) documents
Skills
- Healthcare experience is required for this role!
- 6+ years of experience in a solutions architect or similar role; 4+ years focused on cloud environments and their supporting infrastructures
- 2+ years of healthcare IT reputed company experience
- Degree in any reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as experience designing and migrating applications to the cloud
- Experience supporting both reputed company and Open-reputed company operating systems
- Understanding of hybrid cloud environments
- Hands on experience with establishing net new/green field cloud environments
- Experience with the full life cycle of a cloud migration
- Experience with architecture and automation of Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capability including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, web sites, data services, RDS, etc
- Advanced skills diagnosing and resolving issues independently and as part of a team
- Experience with reputed company Deployment, Automation, Chef, Puppet, with Open-reputed company tools (e.g., Jenkins) and DevOps
- Understanding of cloud-based data analytics solutions
- A passion for leveraging technology
- AWS Architect certifications would be a plus!
- Experience using, deploying, or operating Epic (roles like ECSA, ODBA, etc.)
- Experience with other Clouds like Azure and GCP in a plus
- Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud networking architecture
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud protection solutions (e.g., CASB)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Information systems reputed company certification (e.g. reputed company +, CISSP)
- Experience with consulting engagements
- Kubernetes/AKS experience
- HPC experience
- AI/ML Experience
- Experience with Healthcare Applications and enterprise EHRs is plus
