[Remote] Senior Member Marketing Associate

They are seeking a Senior Member Marketing Associate to help grow member campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Translate enrollment strategy into effective campaign execution by operationalizing messaging, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and driving structured optimization across Direct Mail and Email
• reputed company email mail operations end-to-end: build templates, manage audience lists and targeting logic, reputed company timelines, and reputed company QA
• reputed company AI tools and agents to improve campaign execution, content development, campaign performance insights, and day-to-day operational efficiency while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy
• Plan, execute, and manage A/B tests end-to-end, synthesizing results to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product and business decisions
• Support the setup, execution, and quality assurance of marketing campaigns using tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and increase execution speed
• Partner cross-functionally to align campaign execution with client requirements, data needs, and compliance standards

Skills

• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a high-volume or regulated industry
• Experience running email campaigns with high accuracy
• Deep comfort with tools and data: reputed company or similar ESPs, reputed company, reputed company, and audience segmentation logic
• Proven ability to create and maintain operational workflows, QA processes, and documentation
• Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders at once
