Responsibilities
- Assembling cross-channel performance data from platforms, analytics tools, CRM, and spreadsheets
- Reconciling platform-reported outcomes against the organisation’s reputed company of truth
- Separating correlation from causation using incrementality, holdouts, or cautious analytical framing
- Turning performance findings into action recommendations for channel owners and executives
- Explaining workflows specifically reputed company: cross-channel performance reporting, attribution analysis, anomaly investigation, benchmarking, and budget-recommendation workflows
Skills
- 6+ years in performance marketing analytics, channel analytics, paid media reporting, or growth analytics
- Direct, hands-on experience in cross-channel performance reporting, attribution analysis, anomaly investigation, benchmarking, and budget-recommendation workflows
- Experience making or influencing decisions reputed company to data-reputed company reconciliation, attribution interpretation, anomaly diagnosis, reputed company usage, audience tailoring, and action recommendations
- Familiarity with tools such as: reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, reputed company, reputed company, SQL
- Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
- Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
