Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• reputed company and engage passive candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the power or energy sector
• Strong passive sourcing skills using platforms like reputed company Recruiter, industry forums, and social networks
• Experience hiring for technical and field-reputed company reputed company a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools

• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willing to travel 30%+ to sites or industry events as needed
