[Remote] Solutions Consultant - PMS

Agilysys is a leading provider of hospitality technology software solutions, and they are seeking a Solutions Consultant to reputed company reputed company client implementations. This role involves managing project scope, collaborating with customers on system configurations, and ensuring successful delivery of projects to enhance client satisfaction and operational alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company client projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through completion
• Define, manage, and control project scope, ensuring reputed company stakeholders are reputed company on deliverables, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with customers to gather operational requirements and design system configurations that maximize efficiency and product capabilities
• reputed company onsite teams by developing detailed schedules and directing internal and external resources to meet project objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing escalation plans and driving resolution of issues impacting scope, timeline, or customer satisfaction
• Install, configure, test, and validate system solutions to ensure operational consistency and production readiness
• Manage data conversion and reconciliation processes to ensure data reputed company throughout implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, providing both tactical and strategic solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements and enhance implementation processes based on client feedback
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation is completed and transitioned to support teams for ongoing client success

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5–7 years of experience in system implementation, consulting, or hospitality technology environments
• Experience with hospitality systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), reputed company of Sale (POS), inventory/procurement systems, or reputed company technologies
• Strong understanding of business operations and accounting practices
• Proven experience managing reputed company project implementation lifecycles
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%), including domestic and international travel
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
