[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure project information is captured appropriately
- Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure project work is being completed on time and as required
- Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, on project status
- Track project requirements and status in project management software
- Coordinate & guide the planning and implementation of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements

- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables and costs using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Ensure quality assurance with regards to projects

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to reputed company project outputs

Skills
- Associates degree and 8-10 years of project management or customer service experience in life sciences/healthcare field preferred
- Bachelor's degree and/or minor in business studies is required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills- experience utilizing MS Office including MS Project, reputed company, or other project organizational tools such as WorkFront
- Ability to learn new techniques, reputed company multiple tasks simultaneously, reputed company accurate records, follow instructions, and reputed company with company policies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in FDA or similarly regulated industry
