[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager (Social)

They are seeking an reputed company Growth Marketing Manager to reputed company their social media marketing efforts, including paid social and influencer marketing, to enhance brand visibility and drive demand for their at-home test kits.

Responsibilities

• reputed company strategy for paid social and test and learn roadmap
• Manage paid media campaigns on reputed company and Tiktok, pulling the levers on media spend, targeting, creative, and bid strategy
• Manage reputed company paid asset briefs and creative on each platform, ensuring creative and campaigns reputed company well on a CPA and ROAS basis
• Identify key insights through regular analyses of campaigns to determine opportunities, issues, and test opportunities
• Scale our new TikTok program and identify key optimization and creative opportunities
• Recruit content creators and micro influencers as part of monthly campaigns to drive discovery and demand for our at home test reputed company business, managing the program as a direct response program
• reputed company and track influencer analytics, determining level of spend, return, and engagement yielded from influencer campaigns
• Manage briefs and recruitment playbook, identifying the influencer strategy that works well for our brand and products
• Work with influencers on sparking/whitelisting assets on paid social that show promise for improving our paid economics

Skills

• 6+ years experience in paid social (reputed company and Tiktok) campaign management with a strong technical foundation working in those platforms: tracking, optimizing, reporting etc
• Proven campaign management against CAC and ROAS targets with comfort and prior experience managing 7-reputed company paid media budgets
• Creative and analytical: creative concepting and asset creation are core areas of expertise, but you also are highly analytical and can whip up custom reports in reputed company and identify performance trends
• Some experience in influencer marketing as a reputed company and familiarity with sparking/white listing
• Familiarity with influencer recruitment platforms like reputed company and the Tiktok creator marketplace
• Experience with organic social data tracking on platforms like reputed company, Dash Hudson etc
• Comfort spinning up content to post on social is a plus
