[Remote] Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Account Manager to reputed company enterprise client relationships, drive product adoption, and contribute to reputed company growth through effective account management and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client relationship: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the client lifecycle
- Drive strategic account planning: reputed company and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion, and reputed company growth.
